Cashback Policy
At Tulshri, we may offer cashback, rewards, promotional credits, or similar benefits on selected products, orders, campaigns, or customer activities.
Cashback offers are subject to the applicable terms mentioned on the product page, offer page, checkout page, promotional communication, or account section.
1. Cashback Eligibility
Cashback may be available only on selected products, orders, customers, payment methods, or promotional campaigns.
Eligibility may depend on:
- Minimum order value
- Selected products or categories
- Promotional campaign
- Payment method
- Customer eligibility
- Coupon or offer used
- Other conditions specified for the particular cashback offer
Not every order or product is necessarily eligible for cashback.
2. Cashback Amount
The cashback amount may be provided as:

- A percentage of the eligible order value
- Promotional wallet credit
- Reward points or another benefit
The applicable cashback amount or percentage will be displayed or communicated at the time of the offer, wherever applicable.
Tulshri reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue cashback offers at any time, subject to applicable law.
3. Cashback Credit
Eligible cashback may be credited to the customer's Tulshri account, wallet, or another applicable reward mechanism after the order meets the required conditions.
Cashback may not be credited immediately after placing an order.
Where applicable, cashback may be credited only after:
- Order confirmation
- Successful payment
- Shipment
- Delivery
- Completion of the applicable return period
- Verification of eligibility
The applicable cashback conditions for a particular offer will take priority.
4. Cashback on COD Orders
Cashback may be available on eligible Cash on Delivery orders if specifically mentioned in the offer.
COD orders may be subject to additional verification before cashback is credited.
If a COD order is cancelled, refused, returned, or otherwise does not qualify under the offer terms, cashback may not be credited.
5. Cashback on Dropshipping Orders
Selected dropshipping products or orders may be eligible for cashback if the applicable offer specifically includes them.
The cashback eligibility of a dropshipped product may depend on the supplier, product, campaign, order value, payment method, and other offer conditions.
Dropshipping fulfillment does not automatically guarantee cashback eligibility.
6. Cashback and Coupons
Where permitted, cashback may be combined with coupons, discounts, or promotional offers.
However, certain offers may specifically state that cashback cannot be combined with another coupon, discount, or promotional benefit.
The terms displayed for the particular offer will apply.
7. Cancellation and Cashback
If an order for which cashback was offered is cancelled before completion, the cashback may not be credited.
If cashback has already been credited and the corresponding order is later cancelled, returned, refunded, or found to be ineligible, Tulshri may reverse or deduct the cashback amount.
8. Returns and Refunds
If an order or product associated with cashback is returned or refunded, the cashback associated with that transaction may be cancelled, reversed, or deducted from the customer's wallet or refund amount, where applicable.
If only part of an order is returned, the cashback may be recalculated based on the remaining eligible items and the applicable offer conditions.
9. Cashback Expiry
Cashback may have an expiry period if specified in the applicable offer.
Expired cashback may become unavailable and may not be reinstated.
Customers are responsible for checking the validity or expiry of cashback credited to their account or wallet.
10. Cashback Withdrawal
Unless specifically stated otherwise, cashback or promotional wallet credits may not be redeemable for cash or transferable to a bank account.
Cashback may be usable only toward eligible purchases on Tulshri, subject to the applicable terms.
11. Fraudulent or Misuse of Cashback
Tulshri reserves the right to cancel, reverse, suspend, or withhold cashback in cases of suspected:
- Fraud
- Multiple or fake accounts
- Coupon abuse
- Cashback manipulation
- Repeated order cancellation or return abuse
- Unauthorized use of promotional offers
- Any other misuse of the cashback program
Accounts involved in such activity may also be restricted or suspended.
12. Cashback Errors
If cashback is incorrectly credited due to a technical, system, pricing, or other error, Tulshri may correct, reverse, or adjust the cashback amount.
If you believe eligible cashback has not been credited, please contact Customer Support with your Order ID and relevant offer details.
13. Changes to Cashback Offers
Cashback campaigns may be changed, paused, modified, or discontinued at any time.
The terms applicable to an order will generally be determined by the offer conditions displayed or communicated when the order was placed, subject to applicable law.
14. No Guaranteed Cashback
Unless expressly stated otherwise, cashback is a promotional benefit and is not guaranteed on every order.
Customers should review the applicable offer terms before placing an order.
