Order Cancellation
At Tulshri, we aim to process and deliver every order as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the order has been shipped.
When Can an Order Be Cancelled? Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Customized or specially prepared products may not be eligible for cancellation. How to Request Cancellation?
To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID and registered mobile number or email address.
We will check the current status of your order. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will initiate the cancellation.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved and payment has already been made, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Shipped Orders
If your order has already been shipped, we generally cannot cancel it through a cancellation request. In such cases, you may be eligible for a return or refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders cancelled before shipment, no refund will be required because payment has not yet been collected.
Cancellation by Tulshri
Tulshri reserves the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including:
Product being unavailable or out of stock Incorrect or incomplete customer information Payment or technical issues Suspicious or unusual order activity Delivery limitations in certain areas
If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by Tulshri, the applicable refund will be processed.
